Execute and lead the social media strategy to support company brand & product
Work with influencers to execute game content to increase overall brand awareness across different social media platforms
Create and produce content for promotional campaigns & events
Schedule and manage a team of moderators in a constantly shifting environment
Stay up to date on new social media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies are using them, so that the company can continue to be an early adopter of these technologies. Seek out new opportunities for growth (Social Media, Digital Marketing Summits) to learn from your peer group
Collaborate with other Social media Managers to build the most resourceful, reputable Social Media team possible
Degree or higher in journalism, public relations, marketing, social media, translation or a related field
3 years+ of experience in online social media, community development, customer support or online marketing in a management role
2 years of experience in copywriting
Experience in managing Social channels with over 200K followers
Excellent in both written and spoken English & Chinese is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus
Strong editing & communication skills
Effective time and project management skills
Experience in identify & analyze social media data to adjust content for maximum engagement is a plus
Hands-on knowledge of digital media tools – Digital photography, basic Photoshop/photo editing skills, knowledge of apps commonly used for creating social content; basic video creation/editing skills are a bonus
Experience moderating forum discussions
Experience in online gaming environment is a plus
Adaptability and the ability to work in a high paced environment
Must be self-motivated and have strong organizational skills
Solid decision making skills and utilizes direct reports effectively, allocate decision making and other responsibilities to the appropriate people
Work with the direction set forth by the Art Director
Collaborate with Game team and story team
Create character, creature, environmental concepts that include landscapes, architectural designs, props, and occasional mood paintings
Create polished illustrations
5+ years of industry experience as a Character Artist.
Master level competence of Photoshop, with a focus on painting.
Strong foundation in the traditional arts including but not limited to painting, sculpture, figure drawing, illustration.
Excellent illustration skills, deep understanding of human and creature anatomy, with a keen eye towards composition, perspective, lighting, value, color theory, form, structure, shape language, and silhouette.
Able to carry an idea from the conceptual phase to the finished illustration, and an understanding of how to adapt these ideas for marketing.
Great at brainstorming, taking direction, collaborating and being part of a team.
Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast paced environment.
Ability to develop ideas through sketches, take feedback, and take the sketches to a high level of finish.
Interest/passion for Acid Rain World.
Positive attitude and an ability to receive and provide objective feedback.
Experience telling stories through dynamic and dramatic keyframe illustrations.
Experience developing highly realistic character designs with very focused art directions. Ability to explore multiple art directions.
Experience communicating storytelling/blue sky ideas through image sequences, rough sketches, or 3d models.
